All sales of our online courses, lessons, and digital products are final. Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds once the purchase has been processed. However, if you experience any issues with accessing our content or technical problems, please reach out to our support team, and we will do our best to assist you. - Masterclasses and Webinars
Refunds for live masterclasses or webinars will only be granted if the event is canceled by us. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, we encourage you to reschedule or access the recorded version (if available). We are unable to provide refunds for no-shows or missed events. - Technical Issues
In case of a technical issue preventing access to purchased courses or events, please contact our support team. We will do everything possible to resolve the issue or offer you alternative access. If the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Returns:
As our services are delivered digitally and content is accessible immediately after purchase, we do not accept returns on digital products, courses, or memberships.
